Anyone wishing to manage or coach in the league must have the M.G.S.A.
background check. No other background checks will be
accepted! Managers and coaches who have had the M.G.S.A. background
check done previously are certified with the league for FIVE years. After FIVE
years, you will be required to have the complete background check done once again.
There will be no exceptions! Only the board president and secretary
have access to these confidential reports.
M.G.S.A. background checks
are a NATIONAL criminal and child abuse check.
Absolutely no individual is to be on the fields or benches without this clearance! The team manager is responsible for ensuring this and will be held accountable if someone unauthorized is discovered on the field working with the girls.
You can print the security clearance below and submit it to any board member along with $10 if you are selected to coach. This must be done prior to April 1 when practices start unless other arrangements with the league have been made.
